Founded in 1982, the Department of Anorectal Surgery is the first anorectal specialty ever established in Shenzhen.

3. Leadership
The department has been led by a succession of renowned professors—Shi Zhaoqi, Li Guodong, Hu Bohu, Du Keyi, Li Haozeng, and Wei Zhijun—whose stewardship laid the foundation for its growth. Professor Zhao Xiangdong has served as department head since 2020.

We specialize in the integrated TCM–Western diagnosis, treatment, research, and teaching of:
